Water Reducible Sanding Sealer
A wood sanding sealer
is a very good quality acrylic emulsion type sealer for wood
finishing. Can be applied over
most dye and pigmented stains while providing excellent intercoat
adhesion between stain and topcoats. Also can be used on most
plastic surfaces. Designed for use with 4297, a water reducible
topcoat.
Advantages:
Water reducible, excellent adhesion, mar and UV resistance,
noncombustible.
Excellent sanding and good holdout.
Product Usage:
Furniture, kitchen cabinets, picture frames, shelving, toys,
mouldings, display cases, water beds, novelties, most plastic
surfaces.

Application Data:
Reduce up to 10% with water for conventional or airless spray.
Air dry at least 30 minutes before sanding.
Force dry -- to sand -- 10-20 minutes at 120 degrees F - 140
degrees F.
Remove sand dust, then topcoat.

See MSDS. Liquid coating will not support combustion.
Sanding dust must be removed before topcoating.
Agitate well before using. Stainless steel spray equipment
is recommended.
Lined steel or plastic is suggested. Protect from freezing.
