Description
Velvit Poly-Gel is a smooth blend of polyurethane and oils that is easily wiped on for a no mess application. The finish is hard and durable, resisting alcohol, water and harsh chemicals. It is a fine topcoat over stain, varnish or bare wood and will not run, drip or sag.
Uses
For cabinets, bar tops, furniture and woodwork and also has been used as a pottery glaze.

Application
Wipe on using a soft cloth, rubbing finish until there are no heavy ridges.
Maintenance
Cleans up with Mineral Spirits.
Dry and Cure Time
Due to the way Velvit Poly-Gel is applied, the thickness of each application can affect the drying time. With a thin application, the finish should be tack free in 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. It dries through in 4 to 6 hours.
